Slack is experiencing an issue with their file sharing API. Chatlio relies on that API to upload files (including images) to/from livechat visitors. We are working with Slack on resolving that issue and we will keep you posted.

Slack's API is back to normal. We're not observing any errors.

We are currently experiencing a large portion of our API calls returning 500 status. We are investigating and will update as we learn more.

We discovered a bug in our migration to Events api that affected a small number of our customers but it caused cascading errors that slowed down our API servers.

We have brief downtime now as we are releasing an update to new Slack API. Should be resolved shortly.

We are currently investigating an issue which is causing chat channels to prematurely archive before operators are able to respond. We will post an update when we know more.

A change in the Slack events API resulted in the Chatlio backend prematurely archiving conversations for returning visitors. The issue should be fixed now.

We're currently investigating an issue with our Operating Hours scheduling function. We've had reports of schedules not activating. Our engineering team are investigating and will provide an update soon.

Slack has resolved the issue.

We discovered that offline messages sent to Google distribution Groups were silently filtered out by Google's spam filter. Our engineering team made some adjustments to our mail DNS records to resolve this issue.

We're noticing some 500 error's coming from Slack's API. This is causing problems to Chatlio downstream. This is intermittently affecting the ability of Chatlio to generate channel links in your Chatlio notifications.

Slack API appears back to normal. We're monitoring, but the issue seems to be resolved for now.

We're downgrading the incident back to ongoing. We're in contact with Slack about the API issue.

We deployed an update on Fri, June 11, that works around the Slack API issue. Our monitoring shows that the issue is now resolved.

We are currently investigating an issue with Chatlio slash (e.g /chatlio end) commands in Slack. When commands are issued the Chatlio bot in Slack is posting incorrectly formatted data. Our engineering team is looking into this and we hope to resolve it ASAP.

The error with Chatlio commands has been resolved. We contacted Slack support earlier today regarding the problem. They had made some changes to the way responses were parsed. The change has now been reverted and Chatlio commands should now work as normal. Thank you for your patience.

It seems Slack may be having problems, we've contacted them regarding these errors. This is causing errors when Chatlio tries to create channels. We will update you when we have more information.
