We are aware of an issue affecting some recipients in Tango where physical Reward Link checkout is not validating ZIP codes correctly on the address page. This issue impacts the recipient experience for physical Reward Link orders and may prevent checkout from completing as expected.
The issue affecting some recipients during physical Reward Link checkout has been resolved. ZIP code validation on the address page is now functioning as expected, and impacted recipients should be able to complete checkout normally. We will continue to monitor the experience to ensure ongoing stability.
ACH funding requests in Tango Portal are currently failing. We are actively investigating the issue and working to resolve it.
