Conversions that occurred during the impacted window may not have been recorded.    Due to an issue with a 3rd party provider, we are seeing some leads mistakenly marked as spam when a form is filled out on a non-secured (http) landing page. No data is lost and once our 3rd party provider has resolved the issue on their end, we will be able to recover any leads erroneously marked as spam and we will reach out to affected customers on an individual basis. We have identified the issue and are currently working towards resolution.

   On December 5, 2025, between 08:47 and 09:12 UTC, Cloudflare experienced an outage that affected all Unbounce pages. During this period, all live pages were unavailable, and no data was collected. The Unbounce app (unbounce.com) was also inaccessible. Once Cloudflare resolved the issue, all pages were live again and data collection resumed as normal.    Due to an incident that one of our 3rd party partners experienced, some legitimate leads received on November 17th, 2025 between approximately 5am PT - 6:40am PT were incorrectly marked as spam.    Due to an outage with our provider AWS (Amazon Web Services) the Unbounce app has been down for the past 2-3hours. Our systems are coming back to life and most of Unbounce is functional now.    Due to the AWS outage it's currently not possible to publish/unpublish global scripts via the Script Manager. Smart Traffic also doesn't function sporadically, causing the default variant to be served.

   Publishing pages and Global Scripts via the Script Manager should be functional again, but some sporadic errors may come up until the AWS outage is fully resolved. Also, a small number of leads that were submitted between 1am and 3am PT haven't been processed. They won't appear in the Unbounce app and won't be sent to integrations. We will begin processing these leads until we're sure that the AWS services can handle them reliably.

   This incident has been resolved. The AWS issue was closed and all Unbounce features are now operating as normal. Please note that a small number of leads that were submitted between 1am and 3am PT haven't been processed. They won't appear in the Unbounce app and won't be sent to integrations, but they haven't been lost. We will begin processing these leads tomorrow when circumstances have settled.

   We have identified that the issue is caused by Let's Encrypt – the 3rd party SSL certificate provider we use. We are monitoring the status of the Let's Encrypt outage and we'll be back with more updates at a later time.

   We have seen recovery of Let's Encrypt – the 3rd party SSL certificate provider we use. All impacted domains have recovered. New custom domains may remain in a configuring state for longer than normal, as the 3rd party system recovers from the resulting high traffic volumes.

   Unbounce is currently experiencing a delay in delivering leads to Mailchimp. Lead data will still be delivered and is still being collected by Unbounce. Leads can be viewed in the view leads section of the page overview screen and can be exported as a csv file.
