Review Submissions: A subset of delivered emails contained links that led to landing page errors, preventing successful review submissions. Components Not Impacted: Existing reviews on storefronts, onsite widgets, and other core account functionalities remained fully operational and were not affected by this incident. Mitigation Efforts and Next Steps: Resolution: Our R&D team deployed two critical fixes—one on April 11 to restore email delivery and a final fix on April 13 to repair the corrupted landing page links.
