Due to a Microsoft incident, some SSO users may be unable to log in to Datasite. If you are affected, please contact your corporate IT group for updates from Microsoft.

Some users may notice slow load times on the Datasite platform as a result of ongoing issues with the AWS cloud platform. We’re closely engaged with our providers and are taking steps to minimize disruption.

Datasite experienced a short outage on October 16, during which users were unable to log in to the platform or access their projects. Remediation actions were taken immediately to restore functionality.

The issue is with our login service. Users who were already logged in are able to continue to work. New users are not able to access the platform.
A temporary fix is in place while we fix the root cause. Datasite should be accessible.
