   Service Update: Temporary Analytics Delay We’re currently experiencing a temporary disruption in analytics dashboards due to a global AWS infrastructure outage impacting multiple services across the web. What to expect: -Analytics dashboards may not load or display the latest data until AWS systems are fully restored. -Once AWS recovery is complete, our team will re-run all ETL processes to backfill data. During this period, some dashboards may appear slightly behind. -The Reports section remains available and should load normally, though performance may slow if multiple filters are applied simultaneously. What’s next: Our engineering team is closely monitoring AWS’ progress and will restore full analytics functionality as soon as their systems are stable.    On June 17th, 2025, approximately between 2:03 pm and 2:20 pm Eastern time, Sticky.io experienced a temporary outage that affected merchants’ interface as well as APIs, due to an internal error with a backend data update. Once the root issue was identified, the team quickly reverted the update, which restored service stability. The Engineering team has since reviewed and updated deployment protocols to prevent this type of incidents from occurring again in the future.

This issue has been addressed and corrected.
