The Swell platform is currently experiencing degraded performance. Our team is investigating the issue.
We are currently experiencing a large increase in traffic, which may cause slower response times for some users.
We have upscaled our infrastructure, performance level restored, we are continuing monitoring
Our data processing infrastructure is running behind, which is causing delays in processing webhooks and notification tasks. No data has been lost, and the system should be caught up shortly.
We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.
A fix has been successfully applied, and data processing is now operating as expected. All previously delayed tasks—including webhooks and notifications—were safely queued during the incident and are now actively being processed. We are not seeing any further delays in task processing. We are currently investigating a separate, isolated issue affecting some Swell-hosted checkouts. At this time, we cannot confirm whether this is related to the earlier delay in processing tasks. We will continue to monitor and provide updates as more information becomes available.
The previously reported issue affecting some Swell-hosted checkouts has been resolved. Our investigation confirmed that this was related to the earlier data processing delays and was addressed by the original fix. Based on our monitoring, checkout functionality is now operating as expected with no further issues observed. We will continue to monitor to ensure ongoing stability.

A minor misconfiguration during restart appeared
We’re aware of an issue affecting images, where they may intermittently appear as broken or return a 502 error. The root cause has been traced to one of our third-party service providers, Cloudflare, specifically within the proxy services used between Swell’s CDN and API/storefronts. Our team is actively working with Cloudflare to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We’ll provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available.

We are closely monitoring the ongoing AWS outage that began earlier today. While some of Swell’s services are hosted on AWS, we are not seeing any impact at this time. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates if any issues arise.
