   Update – Microsoft has made meaningful progress in its investigation and has narrowed the scope of the issue to a recent change within the Microsoft platform. Microsoft engineering teams continue to investigate the issue and, as part of their response, have begun rolling back the recent change while they complete their investigation. As the rollback propagates through Microsoft's service, we expect affected customers to begin seeing the issue resolve throughout the day, although recovery times may vary depending on when the rollback reaches your environment. We remain in close contact with Microsoft and are actively monitoring the rollout across affected customers. We understand the disruption this has caused and appreciate your patience as Microsoft completes the rollback. We will provide another update as more information becomes available.
