As reported on Saturday, the service interruptions affecting Tessitura following the global CrowdStrike outage have been addressed by Tessitura. You should no longer see any issues when using the WordFly–Tessitura integration.
We’ve applied a fix and verified that SMS campaigns are now sending as expected. Thank you for your patience while we investigated.
