Cloudflare Traffic engineering efforts have successfully mitigated the majority of congestion and packet drops.

Our partner, Threatdown (Malwarebytes), released an update to their OneView platform on May 29th 2025, at 9:00 PM which enabled Web Protection setting in all policies for all customers. This will cause a pop-up to all end-users to enable MB-EngineHostApp-NCEP Security Extension. What to Expect: * Devices with Threatdown EDR may begin to display popups or notifications related to Web Protection. * These popups are expected behavior and indicate that Web Protection is now actively monitoring web traffic. Remediation Options: * This setting will stop prompting if you turn Web Protection Off in your OneView Policy. * If you want to keep this setting on, it can be whitelisted with this profile or manually approved using this guide: https://support.threatdown.com/hc/en-us/articles/36281326008083-Allow-system-extension-for-Web-Protection-on-macOS-devices-Nebula (NOTE: This will cause networking issues, so please verify your deployment process as the previous content filter needs to be disabled.) Recommended Actions: * If you choose to do nothing, we recommend informing your users of the expected popups to reduce confusion. * Review your ThreatDown policies to ensure they align with your organization’s security preferences. If you experience unexpected behavior or need assistance adjusting your policies, please contact our support team.

After further discussions with ThreatDown (Malwarebytes), the release was reverted due to connection issues introduced from enabling Web Protection and should now be disabled from policies it was enabled on. A fix has been implemented to reduce the elevated latency on Addigy Cloud Interface. The interface is currently operational and we are currently monitoring and reviewing further.

Incident Overview:  The Web Application User Interface \([https://app.addigy.com](https://app.addigy.com)\) experienced extreme latency due to a spike in long-running queries, depleting resources and causing system slowness. This was noticeable when going to  our website and seeing the page take 1-2 minutes to load. No notable impact was shown across running device actions. ‌ Root Cause:  The incident was triggered by long-running queries affecting multiple data sources across different systems. This caused resource contention, leading to performance degradation. The precise cause of the query spike is being further evaluated for additional improvements. ‌ Detection and Response: * Alerts were triggered prompting the Operations and Engineering teams to immediately begin investigating. * Remediation efforts included adding additional optimizations to data sources, optimizing resource performance, and improvements to offending queries. * Combining all above mentioned remediation efforts, the system recovered and performance stabilized. ‌ Remediation Actions: 1. Implemented a process to include new remediation efforts into existing process action steps.  2. Implemented a new process to prevent database resource contention.

We are currently investigating an issue with the Addigy Cloud Interface being unavailable.

We are continuing to investigate this issue, however access to the interface and functions should be available.

We have identified the issue with our upstream infrastructure provider Amazon Web Services. The interface is currently operational.

Our upstream provider, Auth0, is currently experiencing an issue which is affecting the ability to Login to Addigy. See https://status.auth0.com/incidents/3pkj2n46jhy8 for more details. We will resolve this incident once we have received confirmation the issue has been resolved from our upstream provider.

Auth0 has implemented a fix and all services should be operating as expected, we are monitoring to confirm resolution.

We are currently investigating elevated errors with Automated Device Enrollment and receiving a timeout from https://mdmenrollment.apple.com. We will provide further updates as they become available.

We are seeing certain organizations intermittently fail to perform Automated Device Enrollment scans for new devices. We have notified Apple, and are monitoring Apple's Status Page, and waiting for additional data to confirm root cause. If you are impacted, please contact [email protected] for a workaround.

We are investigating an issue where users unable to access the Login Page

The issue appears to be correlated to our upstream authentication vendor Auth0. We are confirming with the Auth0 Team.

It appears that the backend service provider has rectified the issue. We are awaiting an official response from the vendor.

We are currently looking into reports that new device enrollments via Automated Device Enrollment fail and hang on MDM install. We have not been able to replicate this in-house on multiple ADE setups with and without new Terms and Conditions from Apple accepted. We are working with impacted customers to get device side logs from failed devices and looking at backend logging to pin point the root cause.

A root cause around the ADE logic and different device types has been identified, and is being tested and verified now.

Numerous tests have been preformed post fix deployment on multiple organizations and ADE enrollments are all successful.

Addigy will be performing a Release Deployment for the Addigy Self Service Application at 2:00pm Eastern Time, September 28th 2023 for 15-30 minutes. Addigy Self Service will be upgraded to version 2.4.27. This release includes a new MSAL SDK that is used in the Microsoft Conditional Access registration workflow. Microsoft patched this SDK this week to fix issues seen with registration and sign-in on macOS 14.0. The new version of Self Service is deploying.

Self Service version 2.4.27 is in production. Devices will upgrade as the Addigy agent does a check-in.
