We're currently investigating intermittent issues with accessing the Continu front-end in EU regions.

During the night of 2/4/2024 Continu detected and was made aware of login attempts failing. This specifically impacted users attempting to sign in with SSO using Okta. The engineering team was able to identify the issue and provide a solution. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Thank you for your patience during this infrastructure incident.
Continu has identified an issue where every registered attendee on Workshop content is receiving update emails when new users are invited. This issue stems from Google / Google Calendar invites and is happening globally at the Google level. We're continuing to monitor this issue and will provide updates here once the issue is resolved. Hello, Between 5:29 - 6:32 PM EST Continu experienced a partial API service outage in the US-West-2 Region. The root cause has been identified as a host level outage which his since been rectified. This issue may have affected some customers attempting to complete actions within Continu which require the API. We're currently monitoring the situation and digging further into the direct cause. At roughly 2:20PM EST in the US-West-2 region Continu experienced a dropout in the ability to reliably log into and reach customer instances. This issue has been recovered from and our engineering team is currently investigating the root cause of this and will provide updates as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.
The root cause of the issue has been identified. During a ~5 minute period between 2:20-2:25 PM EST our DNS experienced issues routing traffic through to the underlying web servers. Because of this some end users experienced longer than normal page load times and reachability issues. The cause of this was identified and mitigated, DNS and the respective web servers are recovered and functioning as normal. Thank you for your patience.
