We have discovered a problem in the Famly platform that could mean it’s not working at 100% for all users. We’re investigating the issue and will update you again shortly. The issue is related to replication, meaning that some things will show up in a wrong way, for a few minutes after a change, eg. a child being checked in might still show as not checked in for the first few minutes, and might sometimes show as checked in. If you don't get an error, you can expect your changes to have been saved, even if the change doesn't show.
We are continuing to investigate the issue, it's unfortunately a very hard issue to identify, and we are also very careful not to make the situation worse. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

We are currently having an issue making some data which is saved in famly look like it is not saved. This includes signing children in and out, which is happening, but the signing out might not show up.

A bug in our platform unfortunately resulted in long delays (several hours) os some posts. The posts was successfully created, but would not be delivered to all end-users until hours later. Only some posts were affected.
During a deployment of a bugfix, we introduced a bug that made in-app messaging unworkable. During the problem, not messages was displayed, and it was not possible to send messages.

We have a discovered an issue in one of the databases behind famly, that means that when you update certain things (e.g. statuses), even though they are correctly saved, they are not being shown to you. This could mean, for example, that even if you mark a child as ‘signed out’ - while the system recognises they indeed are signed out, they will still show as being signed in. We are currently all hands on deck and believe we’ve discovered the issue and looking to fix as soon as possible.
