We have also continued our audit of partner webhook requests for potentially missed completion events since June 5, 2026. This review remains ongoing, and completion webhooks continue to be triggered as affected records are identified through the audit process.

In affected cases, the player shell can load but the interactive launch step may return an error, preventing the content from opening successfully.
