This issue has been resolved. DNS propagation took little longer to effect.
Starting at 12:20pm PDT Polly for Slack services began to experience an outage. We are currently investigating.
Services began to restore at 12:30pm PDT and were completely recovered by 12:48. We identified the issue during an infrastructure update. During this time any interaction from within Slack would not have been registered (sending or responding to pollys). Web app interactions were not impacted at all. Any scheduled pollys during this period were delayed but are now being sent.
Polly for Slack was unavailable from 5:00pm till 5:56pm on Thursday April 11, 2024 due to an expired certificate. This was resolved by renewing the certificate. This blocked access to the web app, authoring and responding to pollys.
The Polly Slack web app and Polly Slack app are having an outage, investigation is in progress.

Pollly on Microsoft Teams web voting is currently experiencing a problem loading the page. After users are being asked to login, they are seeing a 'loading...' message that does not bring up the survey or poll. We are investing the cause of this issue and working to resolve it as soon as possible. We will provide updates as soon as we have them.

We are currently experiencing an operational issue where some responses for some customers are not showing up in Polly for Slack. We are investigating the issue and will update as soon as we have more information.
We are continuing to investigate the issue. We have also started a process to recover results to correctly populate the web app dashboard.
On September 27, 2023 at 12:03am PST a bug was introduced during a code deployment that impacted responses to surveys. The result of this bug is missing reported responses in the web app dashboard. A rollback of the deployment was completed a 2:00am PST.
Responses for surveys in the web app dashboard are fully recovered. Polls were not impacted by this bug.

Currently known impacted areas for Polly for Slack users: any area where Polly uses Slack authentication (ie: Logging into the web application, or using a web link for pollys) having channels and channel members be up to date updating the response count for pollys
Slack resolved their issues around 11:32am PDT, and Polly operations also resolved.
Between 1:08pm-1:23pm PDT, and between 1:34pm-1:51pm customers experience issue sending, receiving, and responding to Pollys for both Slack and Zoom. We are investigating the cause of the issue.
The cause appears to be in one our dependent services that was performing an update. This is causing intermittent issues in sending, receiving, and responding to pollys.
Our dependent services have completed updating and Polly services is operating normally now. If you encountered an issue sending or responding to a polly, please retry that action.
Between Thursday April 13 at 11:47 PM PDT and April 14 at 12:40 PM PDT, some Polly Slack customers experienced multiple result updates on their polls. In the case where the poll was in a channel users would see multiple messages stack up. In the case where the poll was sent via a direct message, users would see their message deleted and re-appear multiple times. This issue has been fixed, and the service is now operating normally.

We investigated an issue with some polly responses not being correctly recorded between 12:15 and 13:31 PM PDT. This affected a minority of our users and services were restored to normal operations. Responses were restored to the service after the incident was resolved.
Between 2:05pm and 2:30pm PDT some users experienced problems sending pollys. This issue is now resolved. If you tried sending a polly during this time and it didn't send, please re-send your polly.
Between 10:42am and 11:08am PDT sending or responding to pollys through Slack were delayed. The incident is now resolved. No user action is needed to resend or re-respond.
From 4:44pm PDT to 5:09 PDT some Polly responses were not persisted when voting was attempted through Polly for Slack. Voting on polls for open-ended, rank order, and point-allocation were not affected in Polly for Slack. Voting through web links were not impacted at all. The issue has been resolved and the system is operating normally. Please recast your response if you were unable to respond during this time period.
