Maintenance on our backend datastore has completed. We greatly appreciate the patience of our entire developer community as we worked to complete this migration. GIPHY Developers can now once again utilize the Developers Portal (developer.giphy.com) to create new applications, or modify/delete existing applications; additionally, the ability to make changes to API Keys is once again activated. <3 GIPHY Engineering
