NVZ PRD - Degraded Workflow Performance For Subset of Customers — Cloud operations made some adjustments to the Workflow Processor to accommodate the performance spikes, and we are starting to see the performance level out for the affected workflow services. Additional adjustments will be made as needed. We are continuing to isolate the issue and monitor the system performance.
