Middle East Airlines status

Middle East Airlines (MEA), the national flag carrier of Lebanon, was established in 1945 and is headquartered in Beirut, near Rafic Hariri International Airport. As of 2025, MEA operates a modern fleet of 24 Airbus aircraft, including A320, A321, and A330 models, serving 33 destinations across Europe, the Middle East, and West Africa. The airline is a member of the SkyTeam alliance and offers a frequent flyer program called Cedar Miles. MEA has played a crucial role in maintaining Lebanon's connectivity to the world, especially during times of regional instability. Despite challenges, MEA continues to provide reliable air travel services, contributing to Lebanon's economy and international relations.
