      The Nextiva Engineering Team will be performing required maintenance for a subset of customers to ensure the health and stability of our services. The maintenance will begin September 23, at 8:00 p.m. MST and is expected to conclude at 4:00 a.m. MST on September 24. Calling and voicemail services will continue to operate normally during the maintenance window, with no interruption to inbound or outbound calling or voicemail access. During the maintenance window, the Nextiva Admin Portals will be available in read-only mode. Changes to account profiles, users, services, call routing, features, and other configuration settings will be temporarily unavailable until the maintenance is complete. If you are a call center agent or supervisor, please be sure to log in before the maintenance window begins. Users who log out during the maintenance window will not be able to log back in until the maintenance is complete.

    I would guess their authentication service (auth_nextiva_com) is getting DDOS'd. When trying to access the admin portal, I get a bad gateway error message Cloudflare or a simple one line webpage that says: "Unable to retrieve your available licenses. Please reload the page."

    I am here in St. Louis Missouri at 10:15am and nothing is working and I had a customer call but then can't check messages or voicemails. I really need this back up asap to conduct business like everyone else here!
