On 18 November 2025, our platform experienced service disruptions due to a global Cloudflare outage affecting multiple regions and services worldwide. During this period, some users may have encountered slow responses, timeouts, or temporary inaccessibility. The Cloudflare incident lasted approximately 5 hours, with connectivity gradually recovering as their network was restored. Our services are now fully operational.
