The site is currently back online, though some components may still experience intermittent degradation or elevated latency. AWS continues to work on restoring the affected infrastructure and services within the Middle East region. While our primary services are recovering, we are keeping the incident open as we monitor system stability and wait for final confirmation of full resolution from AWS.

On 10/30/23 we experienced a brief disruption of service that affected a small portion of users that were attempting to log-in through our SSO service between 02:00PM MDT- 02:20PM MDT. This disruption of service was due to an incident associated with a 3rd party provider utilized for SSO authentication that has since been remedied.
