Bullhorn Talent Platform - Security Enhancement — Upcoming Security Enhancement: Talent Platform As part of our ongoing security enhancements, we will be enabling a simple, standard CAPTCHA verification for talent logins in Talent Platform. This additional measure helps protect the platform and may require users to complete a quick verification step when accessing the system. This change will be live in all environments by the end of the day today.

Bullhorn Incident Updates - All Products — [00:00 AM EST 10/28/2026] All products are available, but some features are still impacted. - Canvas in the ATS is not yet available, and we know this is a significant disruption for many of you. Restoring it is our top priority, and we will share updates as soon as we have them. - Some users are also still experiencing login issues. If you are unable to log in, please open a support case right away so our team can help. - Separately, we have identified the root cause of the ATS SSO issue with BBO previously reported. If SSO isn’t working for you, please open a support case and our team will resolve it. -The QuickBooks Desktop connector is currently offline, affecting BBO customers who use the connector. Bullhorn Incident Updates - BBO — [00:00 AM EST 10/28/2026] Access to BBO has been restored We have identified the root cause of the ATS SSO issue with BBO previously reported. If SSO isn’t working for you, please open a support case right away. The fix is quick and our team can resolve it for you. -The QuickBooks Desktop connector is currently offline, affecting BBO customers who use the connector. Please see the Known limitations doc for more info. -Time entry using existing credentials is available with no changes. Password changes are not required. -For issues with payroll or E-Verify integrations, please contact Bullhorn Support. For known issues, see the links below.
