As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to our customers, GoTo will be conducting a scheduled maintenance affecting LogMeIn Pro and Central, join.me, Hamachi, and GoToMyPC on the date and time listed below. Our team will take all appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during this event. Date and Time: Saturday, November 14, 2026, 06:30 AM UTC to 09:00 AM UTC Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability. Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 2-hour 30-minute maintenance window. What to expect: LogMeIn Pro and Central: Existing remote access sessions will remain active, and users can continue to work without interruption. The following features will not be available during the maintenance: registration; login to Central and/or the My Computers page; accessing and changing anything on the website (user management, subscription management, purchases, reports, etc.) and through the API (including desktop and mobile LogMeIn clients); starting new remote access sessions (remote control, file manager, dashboard, etc.); host login/logout; adding new hosts; modifying host subscriptions; executing One2Many and Remote Execution tasks. join.me: Existing join.me sessions (voice and screen sharing) will not be affected, but in-app functions such as start/stop recording, Mute 'em, and chime will not be available. The following features will not be available during the maintenance: registration; starting a new screen sharing or VoIP audio session; starting a new phone audio session; joining an existing screen sharing session (including reconnecting); accessing and changing anything on the website (including purchases). Hamachi: Existing network connections will not be interrupted. The following features will not be available during the maintenance: registration; accessing and changing anything on the website (including purchases); adding new hosts to a network; hosts coming online/going offline in networks. GoToMyPC: GoToMyPC users with two-factor authentication (TFA) set up will not be able to log in during the maintenance. Our team will take all appropriate actions to minimise service interruptions during this event. Date and Time: October 15th, 2026, 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM (UTC) Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.
