We are resolving this incident and Panopto engineers are completing a root cause analysis, which we will post here, within the next week. June 23, 2026 2:59PM UTC Resolved - On 2026-06-10 from 09:00 UTC to 11:14 UTC, the Panopto EU Cloud experienced a service disruption affecting the Knowledge Insights feature. During this time, customers may have experienced intermittent page load failures or an infinite "initializing" state when attempting to access their dashboards. RCA: The disruption was caused by a maintenance operation carried out by a third-party provider, which introduced a temporary configuration inconsistency across their delivery infrastructure. To prevent a recurrence of this issue, the third-party provider is adjusting their internal deployment procedures to ensure all system updates are applied uniformly.
