The status page was incorrectly reporting partial outage of Custom Prompts on 5/28-5/29. The reporting has been fixed.
~40% of requests to cdn.webpushr.com from Asia Pacific region were impacted due to Datacenter networking issues. The issue has been resolved.
Partial impact to notification delivery for ~3 hours. 50% campaigns were affected. Issue has now been resolved.
A major upgrade to Custom Prompt infrastructure resulted in unplanned partial outage for ~120 minutes. Customer Impact: Custom Prompt could not be served to 25% of eligible (new to push) visitors on all websites worldwide during a ~120 minute time window.
There was an issue with our central SSL certificate management system that has now been resolved.
Scheduled and completed maintenance windows are separated from incidents.
