NetDocuments experienced a delay in indexing on 15 April 2025 in the AU Service. If new documents were added between 9:00 AM and 11:00am, it is possible they would not have been immediately available in search results or visible in Workspaces. As of 11:10 AM, we had identified the issue and the indexing queues had processed all outstanding requests, and new document indexing times had returned to normal operating levels. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

The issue with search affecting a limited number of customers has been resolved. Search queries are working, and workspaces are loading expected content. Full text search results may not be available for some documents created earlier today until the backlog is processed. Customers do not need to take any action.
