Envato status page is moving to incident.io — no service impact — Status page update. We're live on incident.io as our new incident management tool. No Envato services are affected by this. All services are listed on this notice only so that every subscriber receives it, regardless of which services they follow. Nothing will be interrupted. What's changing? On 26 August 2026, 09:30 AEST (25 August 2026, 23:30 UTC), we will migrate our status page from Atlassian Statuspage to incident.io Status Pages. This replaces the previously announced date of 14 August. This migration is part of our ongoing efforts to enhance monitoring, observability, and platform reliability. With incident.io, we're integrating our incident response, on-call management, and post-incident reviews into a single platform, ensuring a smoother incident response process and the best support for our customers during incidents. What you need to know During this migration, the following changes will take effect: * Our status page URL remains the same. You can still access it at status.envato.com. * Email subscribers will be automatically migrated to our new incident.io status page. No action needed. * Email notifications will be sent from [email protected] instead of the previous address, [email protected]. * New Slack and RSS subscription options will be available. * SMS subscriptions will no longer be supported. What you need to do * If you are subscribed to updates with the Email option: * Please allowlist the [email protected] address, or the incident.io domain. * Please update any inbox rules you have for the old sender, [email protected]. * If you are subscribed to updates with the SMS option: * Wait until the migration is finished, after 26 August 2026, 09:30 AEST (25 August 2026, 23:30 UTC). * Check the status page for “Powered by incident.io” at the bottom to confirm the migration is complete. * Choose an alternative subscription option: Email, Slack or RSS feed.
