Scheduled and completed maintenance windows are separated from incidents.
We are updating any PowerSchool SIS customers on a version earlier than PowerSchool SIS 26.3.0.x to PowerSchool SIS Core version 26.3.0.x, per the communication sent to Technical Contacts in May. Customers with auto-update disabled will receive the 26.3.0.x PowerSchool SIS Core version during the maintenance window. Please note that system availability will be limited during this time. This does not apply to customers with auto-update enabled, as they will be upgraded to version 26.5.1.0 during the month of June.
PowerSchool will be performing system maintenance on PowerSchool SIS, which includes an SSL VPN interruption. Users connected to the SSL VPN may be required to reestablish their sessions. During the maintenance window, the application will remain accessible for most of the time; however, customers may experience intermittent connectivity.
