Please be advised that, as a knock-on effect of yesterday’s BTC software issues, we have been unable to generate the sports content this morning. As this data is required for the production of the coupons, we will begin regenerating the affected content once the initial batch of Early Prices has been received. During the regeneration and publication process, Early Prices may not update as expected. We would therefore recommend referring to your screens for the most up-to-date information during this period. We are working to restore the affected content as quickly as possible and will provide further updates as the situation progresses. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to resolve this, and apologise for any inconvenience or disruption caused.

Early this morning, our provider experienced an issue with the 2DB data services running on our BTC server. While their team has since resolved the core issue, we are still monitoring some price delays as the system catches up. Our engineering team is actively tracking the data flow to ensure everything returns to normal speed as quickly as possible. We will follow up with you once we confirm all feeds are fully synchronized.

BTC have informed us about an issue with a piece of software on their side. This is now resolved, and we are currently processing the backlog of data. As such, there is a delay to early prices, and weekend coupons will likely not be available until tomorrow.

Prices are now available. However, there are issues with BTC virtuals due to the above. The HGB01 file will be unavailble as well for a short period of time. All bets previously placed against this file will need to be manually settled.

Update from SIS: Both these have gone through the feed, however there seems to have been a small data outage which is being looked at urgently.

SIS have provided results for the two races at Star Pelaw and the race at Galway, and these have been manually entered. However, the feed is not yet restored.
