It was noted and investigated that there were some sporadic failures with Commerzbank (DE) authorization on Redirect Callback during AIS flow that could prevent payments being initiated, since 22nd July 2026. The issue was presented on a tiny portion (less than 5%) of users (those who do not have Mobile App configured). This issue has been now mitigated.

Between 3 PM and 5 PM UTC on 2026-07-24 we have seen elevated error rates affecting many calls with Nordea. All call types were affected.
There was a minor instability on the side of Lansforsakringar in SubmitStage step. Provider was returning ServiceUnavailable which resolved later on. Instability occurred between 5AM - 6AM UTC on 22nd July.
