We are currently experiencing system degradation due to a widespread, global outage affecting our third-party provider, Cloudflare. We sincerely apologize for the disruption. On 10/30/23 we experienced a brief disruption of service that affected a small portion of users that were attempting to log-in through our SSO service between 02:00PM MDT- 02:20PM MDT. This disruption of service was due to an incident associated with a 3rd party provider utilized for SSO authentication that has since been remedied.

Users that authenticate with usernames and passwords may experience login issues if they have signed in and logged out in the last hour. Recent code changes are causing logins to invalidate. Users are experiencing "503" errors and are unable to reach the application.
On Monday, September 26th, 2022, we experienced intermittent outages for some Canadian customers between 12:51 pm to 1:31 pm MST. A recent change involving the transition between Web Application Firewall \(WAF\) providers adversely impacted the production environment causing other application health safeguards to kick in to action creating the intermittent access issues for customers hosted in our Canadian data centers. Systems in place immediately notified our team of the issue. We then worked to restore the system back to full operation for all customers. Further, steps have been taken to ensure our change management procedures consider potential spill over issues while working with third-party security infrastructure providers.
