Autobooks Payments Network (APN) services are currently impacted by the nationwide internet outage. Due to the strong likelihood of impact to the success and timeliness of your customers' bill payments, Autobooks has temporarily disabled access to the Bill Payment user interface. Restoring access to bill payments, while minimizing the negative impact to your Financial Institution and your customers is our highest priority. Our team is closely monitoring the outage exploring opportunities to minimize the length and severity of this impact.

We are seeing services recover across many of our AWS-hosted systems, but are continuing to investigate and monitor errors being seen within our critical processing infrastructure. Our application will continue to display an offline message to users until we are confident that our service provider is fully functional. We will provide another update at 7:30pm ET.

We’re experiencing an issue due to a problem identified by one of our network infrastructure providers, which is affecting some of our customers. We're working with them to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

At 10:10 AM EDT, our network infrastructure provider rolled out a mitigation for the issue. We are continuing to monitor our network infrastructure providers' updates on the situation.

As of 4:06 PM EDT, our network infrastructure provider has implemented an additional mitigation for this issue and are in the process of validating full recovery. The Autobooks Platform is fully available at this time.
