If SSO isn’t working for you, please open a support case right away. The fix is quick and our team can resolve it for you. Time entry using existing credentials is available with no changes. Password changes are not required. For issues with payroll or E-Verify integrations, please contact Bullhorn Support.

[1:11 PM EST 10/23/2026] Access to BBO has been restored We have identified the root cause of the ATS SSO issue with BBO previously reported. If SSO isn’t working for you, please open a support case right away. The fix is quick and our team can resolve it for you. Access to BBO has been restored. BBO is available to users with direct login credentials. Users accessing BBO via ATS/CRM may see CAPTCHA prompts. If you cannot log in, wait 10 minutes before trying again. If issues persist after 3 attempts, please open a Bullhorn Support case. Time entry using existing credentials is available with no changes. Password changes are not required. Login access has been restored, and most users should now be able to log in. Between 1:35 PM and 6:10 PM ET today, users were unable to log in. Some users may still experience a password reset loop when attempting to log in. This is a separate issue and is not related to the login outage. The PHP unscheduled maintenance on Talent Platform is complete, but the platform is not yet fully available. Our teams are actively investigating and working to restore access. [12:57 PM EST 10/23/2026] Update on PHP Vulnerabilities and Service Restoration We want to provide an update on the recently disclosed vulnerabilities in PHP, software widely used to power approximately 70% of websites worldwide, and their impact on certain Bullhorn solutions. Most Impacted Solutions Upgraded and Restored - Access to BBO has been restored - Talent Platform access has been fully restored following yesterday’s maintenance. Customers can resume normal use. As Talent Platform comes back online, you may notice some temporary slowness, and some records may not be fully synced yet. The system is processing a large backlog of incoming ATS activity, and performance and data should return to normal as the backlog clears. - Upgraded to address the vulnerabilities and fully available : Talent Platform, FastForward, Market IQ, TargetRecruit, SourceBreaker, Bond APAC Job Portal, BBO and Akyla.
