      Some users are experiencing intermittent connectivity issues following a recent domain registrar transfer. During a brief window in the transfer process, we believe some DNS resolvers cached incorrect nameserver information. Our DNS records are correct and fully operational, and affected users will restore automatically as their DNS cache expires. For Windows users, you can do this by restarting your device or opening Command Prompt and running the following command: ipconfig /flushdns Once completed, please try accessing the site again and let us know if the issue persists.

This issue should be resolved for our .com domains in the U.S., and we are actively working through updates for the remaining areas now.       A third party service provider, Cloudflare, is experiencing issues this morning. Users may be unable to access their Engage instance. When the Cloudflare issue is resolved, we expect Engage to operate as expected.
