Cloudapp outage history

We're experiencing an elevated level of issues caused by our upstream workflow provider. Many supported integrations are affected by this outage. Some webhooks and app events may not be sending data while the outage persists. We do not expect any data loss.

Issue was identified as coming from an upstream cloud service (AWS). We are monitoring the situation.

An upstream provider to Zight is having a regional outage that is affecting our www.zight.com & www.getcloudapp.com domains. The issue is known to the upstream provider, and they are working towards a fix. As a Zight (formerly CloudApp) user, your access to our core product, core API, and dashboard should not be interrupted and this only affects our marketing pages. You can continue to access the core product at https://share.getcloudapp.com/dashboard

The SSL certificate for the domain cl.ly had a successful but delayed renewal. The domain should now be fully accessible. This may have affected a small subset of customers.

A misconfiguration set for custom domain accounts caused specific accounts to be inaccessible due to a gateway timeout

The incident was caused by an increase in traffic due to one of our customers performed a high load security scan. Users were unable to upload captures or view recorded screencasts. Some users were unable to view content on the web.

We are currently investigating an issue with Google authetication. It is partially affecting users and redirecting them to a error page.

We diagnosed and pulled back an update to the website and now it's working!
