The syncing issue is impacting both Deposits and Withdrawals for all three assets. To simplify status updates, we are resolving this deposit status and merging it with the active withdrawal status. Please note that the issue is still ongoing.

Withdrawals for SOL, DOT, and ICP are temporarily disabled for unscheduled maintenance. We anticipate approximately 48 hours of downtime and will update this message if there are any changes to that timeline.

The ERC-20 ENJ token has migrated to its native ENJ. We are working closely with our providers to enable support.

ENJ withdrawals will not reopen. Trading is available until November 30, after which we will convert any remaining ENJ to USDC for you, which you can then withdraw from the platform.
