We have been notified by our carrier the following changes for Lebanon and Nicaragua.
Lebanon - Effective 31st of July 2026, (01-426-801) 855-8659-450 will be disconnected and we will be unable to provide service a number for this country. Reporting parties will still be able to submit cases via the web or use our Global Reverse Charge number by dialing (00) 1 -720-514-4400. We will continue to work with our provider on future options.
Nicaragua - Effective immediately, 50518002201152 has been disconnected by the local carrier. The only number option will be a local number 2248-2265. Reporting parties can still submit reports via the web.
We understand its impact on your employees' ability to report using those country numbers and we will notify you if we are able to procure new numbers in the future.
