We've identified and fixed the issue. All systems have recovered and we are continuing to monitor as a precaution.
Amazon AWS reported that their systems were fully recovered around 23:00UTC last night and we have seen no further signs of any problem. 3rd party integrations, such as Xero and Intercom, are also reporting that their systems are working as expected again. An RCA will be made available when we have the relevant information from AWS.
We have deployed a fix and the 500 error is now resolved. Root cause analysis investigation is pending
Intercom have confirmed an issue from 14:18:10 UTC to 14:28:10 UTC on 29th May 2025 All services have now recovered.
