Export requests are being processed successfully, but may take longer than expected to complete due to higher-than-normal demand. Our Development team is actively working to optimize export processing and improve overall performance. For the fastest results, we recommend allowing your current export request to complete. Submitting the same export multiple times will create additional requests and may further increase processing times. We are currently investigating an issue causing unexpectedly long processing times for exports, as well as errors stating: "Max number of queue jobs reached" when using the Export to File feature. Our team is actively working to identify the root cause and restore normal performance. We will provide additional updates as more information becomes available.

The issue impacting export processing times appears to be resolved. We identified a particularly large export job that required additional time to complete, but we are now seeing the pending export queue clear and processing return to normal. Any completed exports you were waiting for can be accessed under Reports > My Downloads. Also some additional clarification on the error message, "Max number of queue jobs reached," this will appear whenever there is already a pending export for your organization, whether submitted by your user account or another user within your system. Once the pending export completes, additional exports can be queued successfully.

Our payment processing vendor is currently experiencing intermittent issues with electronic payment processing. They have identified the root cause and are actively working to implement a fix and restore normal service as quickly as possible. We will continue to provide updates here as they become available.

We have identified the cause of the email delivery delays as a widespread outage affecting Microsoft 365 services. As a result, some emails from DonorPerfect, Online Forms, and ReadySetAuction, including MFA emails, password resets, receipts, and other system-generated messages, may be delayed for users with Microsoft email services (such as Outlook, Hotmail, or Exchange). Our systems are operating as expected, and we are actively monitoring the situation. Until Microsoft resolves the outage on their end, delays in email delivery may continue.
