We've identified an issue with a secondary network switch that is causing intermittent packet loss and need to reboot the switch to restore normal network traffic. What to expect: Dedicated servers connected to the affected rack may experience a brief interruption in network connectivity while the switch is restarted. Connectivity should recover automatically once the switch is back online. No action is needed on your end. This requires a brief reboot of each host. What to expect: Servers will be rebooted on a rolling basis during this window. We are performing this upgrade to improve performance and reliability for our users. No email will be lost: messages are queued automatically and will be delivered once the maintenance is complete. Email accounts, mailboxes, and webmail are not affected.
