Customers are experiencing issues accessing our support web form ([https://support.fastmail.com/support/)](https://support.fastmail.com/support/) due to a change deployed at 1:52 PM AEDT.
We have fixed the issue and users can access the support web form (<https://support.fastmail.com/support/>) by reloading the page. Emails sent directly to our support address [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) were not affected.
Some users are experiencing interrupted access to Fastmail services. We're looking into this.
We believe that we have resolved the issue that was preventing some users from accessing Fastmail services. The issue was isolated to a single server and was related to internal authentication not being honored for users with periods (.) in their usernames. We are continuing to monitor. No mail has been lost.
