Our team has confirmed the issue originates on AT&T's network and that our platform is operating normally. AT&T users may experience delayed or failed delivery of SMS messages, including MFA verification codes and password reset notifications. Users on other carriers are not affected. We apologize for any inconvenience. September 9, 2026 11:11AM CDT Resolved - SMS delivery to AT&T customers appears to have been restored as of approximately 10:45 AM CDT on September 9, 2026. Beginning around 5:00 AM CDT, a subset of AT&T phone numbers were not receiving SMS messages. Delivery rates have since returned to normal. We were unable to determine a root cause, as this appeared to be a carrier-side issue outside of our platform. We apologize for the inconvenience.
