On 18 November 2025, our platform experienced service disruptions due to a global Cloudflare outage affecting multiple regions and services worldwide. During this period, some users may have encountered slow responses, timeouts, or temporary inaccessibility. The Cloudflare incident lasted approximately 5 hours, with connectivity gradually recovering as their network was restored. Our services are now fully operational. We will continue monitoring all systems closely to ensure stability. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
The issue affecting the visibility of forms and content within the My Workspace page has been resolved. Functionality has been fully restored, and all related systems are now operating as expected.

We had an unplanned outage on Jotform from 08:00 AM to 08:30 AM (PDT).
We had an unplanned outage on Jotform from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM (PDT), which blocked most of our users from accessing the service. During a planned maintenance, we encountered database connectivity problems, which our team immediately fixed. Services affected by this problem include Jotform Global, Jotform API, Jotform Europe, and HIPAA. Corrective actions: Due to the increased load on our databases, we have to close traffic to restore. Preventive actions: We will take preventive measures to notice the overload of the database due to maintenance before deployment.
