October 4, 2025 12:45PM UTC Resolved - Customers might have experienced high response times and possibly timeouts on GeoIP2 Web Service in the eu-west region around. Possibly between 9:30 and 11:30 UTC 04/10/2025. The incident is resolved and response times are back to normal.

We are releasing new databases today, and will return to the normal release schedule tomorrow, June 17th. June 17, 2025 5:09PM UTC Resolved - We have returned to our normal release schedule.
