We are currently aware of an issue affecting some analytics dashboards in Miovision One.  Users may see an "An error has occurred" message when opening certain reports. Affected features include: Mobility Reports Safety (Safety Conflicts and Safety Conflicts with Phase) Opticom EVP Analytics The issue is intermittent, so the error may appear and disappear on its own.  We are actively seeking to resolve the situation and will provide updates as more information becomes available.

We have identified a disruption where pedestrian data is temporarily unavailable or failing to generate within Mobility Reports. This issue appears to be strictly isolated to pedestrian metrics within Mobility Reports. Vehicle data, telemetry, and all other live platform features continue to operate normally. We’re currently experiencing a disruption in Hi-Res data collection affecting several Traffop-connected sites. This began around Monday at 12:00 AM and may be related to the recent AWS outage. We're actively investigating and will provide updates as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Dear Valued Customers, A fix has been implemented and we are seeing Hi-Res data populate. Please note that there is currently a backlog of data that is being processed so you may see partially restored data for the time being. Based on our current progress, we expect data to be fully restored by 8 am EDT on Thursday October 23rd but we will continue to monitor the situation and will provide more updates if needed. We are still processing the backlog of Hi-Res data as it has taken longer than expected. The previous 2-3 days worth of historical data should be available for viewing and we are making progress with the older data. While AWS has indicated that the issue is largely resolved, we are still seeing some lingering impacts across our platforms. At the moment, Miovision One is unreachable. Dear Valued Customers, We are continuing to monitor the Amazon Web Services (AWS) outage. At this time, the Miovision One website is fully unreachable and users cannot access the site. Opticom - We’re seeing intermittent messages coming into our AWS MQTT broker from modems for both EVP and TSP, resulting in intermittent Priority and Pre-emption requests going out to intersections. Core ITS - All devices remain connected to IoT. Telemetry ingest from devices appears unaffected but we are still monitoring. Traffic Data Online - Users should still be able to access the TDO website and access existing data but new studies Onboard Processing and video study uploading may be impacted. Amazon is still actively working to mitigate this issue with urgency and while we do not have a definitive ETA at this time, we will do our best to restore Miovision websites and services as soon as possible. Functionality to Miovision One has been restored and users can now access that website. We are continuing to monitor that website. We are still experiencing issues with uploading studies on the Traffic Data Online (TDO) website. Studies that were in the middle of uploading during the outage have failed and you will most likely need to restart the upload process on your end once we've confirmed the uploading services are fully operational.
