[PayU South Africa] Discovery Miles transactions are currently being affected. Payers using Disco Miles payment method are not able to complete transactions successfully. Engineers are investigating with Discovery.

[South Africa] Please note PayU has received word from Mobicred that they are having issues with their payments API. This affects all Mobicred transactions. We are constantly in touch with Mobicred to ensure we can provide updates as soon as they are available.

Mobicred has confirmed that their services are back to normal state.

PayU is aware of 3DSecure processing issues currently being experienced via Bankserv. Our Engineers are in contact with Bankserv and will advise.

Nedbank has informed us of the current ongoing issue affecting Nedbank issued cards causing high decline rates. The Nedbank team also informed us their technical teams are working on resolving the issue. More updates to come as they become available.
