iOS Mobile App: Team Challenge notifications are taking members to an error page. We have paused the rollout of v.15.129.0 as the team is actively investigating.

The issue has been identified and we are working to roll out a fix to members soon.

Team is investigating an increase error with with Watch App tied to the latest app release 15.124.0 and WatchOS8

This issue is impacting anyone with an Apple Watch Series 3, watchOS 8 and on Peloton App Version 15.124.0.   A fix has been identified and is including in our next release that will roll out starting on 6/1.

This issue has been resolved. We observed an 8 minute period of elevated 503’s from a vendor system resulting in some auth instability.

Members who have subtitles enabled may see a black screen when joining a live class on iOS App. Member can turn off subtitles to resolve the issues. Subtitles can be re-enabled afterwards once the video stream is back.

Issue: Users experienced intermittent failures when starting classes from stacks on web, causing classes to be removed from the user's stack. Impact: users on web being unable to reliably start classes from stacks, resulting in premature class removal.

Team is investigating an issue with workouts not being credited for Program progress.

Team has mitigated the issue, starting Monday 2/9 at 10amEST members taking classes will now get Program credit. Team is looking into backfilling program credit, expect all Program Credit to be complete by end of the week
