For a period of 17 minutes from 09:08 AEDT, merchants may have experienced charges being unexpectedly declined, due to issues at our upstream provider. The upstream issue was resolved, and normal service was restored at 09:25 AEDT.

We recently experienced an issue affecting Visa and Mastercard credit card transactions, resulting in error code 92 for some merchants. Our development team has deployed a temporary fix and traffic is currently being routed through our parent company’s gateway to ensure transaction processing continues smoothly. We are actively investigating the root cause of this issue and will provide further updates as more information becomes available. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we work to fully resolve this matter.

All systems are now back in operation.

Due to a major outage of the Cloudflare service in our region, access to our Dashboard, Payment Pages, and Marketing Website has been fully disrupted. We are awaiting a fix from Cloudflare. In the meantime, API access is unaffected.

Cloudflare have issued a fix and declared their incident resolved. We are monitoring to ensure services fully return to normal.

We are currently seeing an unusually high number of charge failures from one of our upstream providers, for American Express charges. We are working with the provider to identify the issue.
