This information may be updated as our investigation continues. Current status 4 Sept 2026, 12:03 GMT+1 Our initial investigation has identified instances where anti-spam protections may be contributing to impact for a subset of users. We are continuing to analyse the behaviour and review service telemetry to better understand the underlying cause and determine the most effective mitigation path Once the issue is addressed by Microsoft Poppulo will attempt to deliver currently deferred mails. We have been made aware of an issue with third party mailing infrastructure provider Proofpoint Proofpoint are experiencing a DNS resolution issue when resolving gslb.pphosted.com .  This issue may lead to an increase in email bounces for customers mailing to Proofpoint hosted email addresses .  Proofpoint have a status page and the issue can be tracked here https://proofpoint.my.site.com/community/s/proofpoint-current-incidents Poppulo Support.

Our Engineering team has confirmed that Advanced Analytics data is now reflecting correctly on the US Server. On the EU server Advanced Analytics data has been restored excluding some interaction data from Saturday the 25th of July. Engineering are continuing the backfill of this data. They expect this to be in place by tomorrow morning.

AWS have confirmed that they are experiencing a global Cloudfront issue which is leading to the 504 errors on the microsites. https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status AWS are investigating and the issue is being treated with the highest priority.

A workaround has been implemented which has restored access to some customer microsites. AWS is continue to investigate the issue on their end and implement a complete fix https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status

AWS have confirmed the Cloudfront issue has now been addressed : https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status All micosites are now accessible.
