Due to an ongoing outage with our hosting provider AWS, services such as Standard Campaigns, Automations, and Messaging, may be delayed. Our engineering team is working to ensure all messages that were scheduled are sent.

The Postscript app is currently experiencing a partial outage affecting message sending, app login, & SDK-powered features including opt-ins and OTP codes. Merchants may be unable to access the Postscript app at this time. Our team is aware of the issue and actively working to restore service as quickly as possible. Message sending is operational, however customers may see sending delays due to carrier delays. We continue to investigate issues impacting popup and popup related features including opt-ins and OTP codes.

Postscript is fully operational. All message sends have or will go out, and any send delays are carrier related. We continue to monitor our systems.

Postscript performance is degraded due to an upstream issue with Cloudflare. This is impacting some customers' ability to log into the application and our partner APIs. Our engineering team has begun migrating to our secondary CDN and are actively working to resolve this issue. Important: Message sending, popups, link tracking, and subscriber experience are fully operational.

Postscript popups and APIs were experiencing degraded performance due to an issue with Cloudflare. We have bypassed Cloudflare for affected traffic and are currently monitoring performance.

Cloudflare has resolved the issues affecting our services. We have returned traffic to Cloudflare and are monitoring for any further performance concerns.

We’re currently experiencing segmentation and analytics delays due to an infrastructure issue with our vendor AWS. This issue affects real-time audience syncing and may impact campaign and automation targeting. Sending is still operational, but audience accuracy may be affected. The AWS engineering team has identified the root cause and is actively working on resolving the issue.

Our vendor AWS has scheduled patch fix for Nov. 7 at close of business to ensure sending isn't interrupted. Sending continues to be fully operational and data will be backfilled.

This issue has been resolved. Segmentation and analytics are syncing normally. Data is currently backfilling, and segments and analytics will be up to date in the coming days. Sending is fully operational, customers should continue to proceed with campaigns and automations as usual.

The Postscript platform is experiencing slower processing rates and increased delays sending campaigns. Our team is actively investigating the issue.

Jan 4th, 2024 Around 11 AM MST, a small portion of the city of Phoenix experienced a temporary WiFi outage, which is where our Sales Associates are located, leading to delays in response time for our customers. This outage continued for the rest of the business day. As of 9 AM MST on Jan 5th, our team is operating at full capacity again, and we are actively working on clearing the backlog of messages accumulated during the outage.

We are currently seeing an expected peak sending volume, and as a result, Postscript and cellular carrier networks are experiencing some delays. We’re resolving all delays and can confirm all messages will be delivered. During peak send times (Black Friday and Cyber Monday) we recommend sending an SMS (plain text) over MMS (images and gifs) and campaigns over campaign flows for optimal delivery.

Due to an issue with a third-party cloud service provider (AWS), we are currently experiencing degraded service to message sending, Shopify webhook ingestion, analytics, and our external API.
