There was a disruptive slowdown on the QuaverEd site. Our estimates show we had approximately an 80% drop in functionality/usability between the times of 9:43am and 10:14am

One of our quavered.com servers went offline this morning resulting in partial degradation of service until that server could be removed from our network.

Due to a mis-applied network configuration there was a period of approximately 12 minutes of downtime between 11:14 CST and 11:26 CST. During this period all services and resources were unavailable. This issue has been corrected. We will continue to monitor the situation to ensure no additional issues occur.

This incident has been resolved. A required restart to a set of servers resulted in a misconfiguration. That has been corrected and measures have been taken to ensure the correct configuration is applied after future restarts.

This morning at approximately 10:49am (central), we experienced an issue that kept student users, whose accounts are provisioned through Single Sign On (SSO), from logging in to QuaverMusic.com. This issue only occurred in Google Chrome. This issue was resolved at 11:25am (central)
This morning, our site experienced an issue that was causing QuaverMusic.com to be slow to the point of unresponsive and fixed said issue. This issue outage began at approximately 8:58am, and our team resolved the issue at 9:31am.
An internal change to a database on Thursday 2/11 led to an occasional issue with users logging in. We were made aware of this issue at around 9:35AM on Thursday 2/11 and found that the issue only impacted Single Sign-On users. Once identified, the issue and resolved by 9:43AM. No action is needed by users and all systems are back to normal.
